Healing Potions

Healing Potions can be taken as either an action, or a bonus action. When using your action to consume a healing potion the full amount of HP is restored. When using a Bonus Action to consume a Healing Potion the player must make a roll to determine the amount of healing that occurs. It requires either an action, bonus action, or the player's movement to find a Healing Potion from their bag.
