The Harbourmaster

This job is intentionally named to be misunderstood. While named exactly the same as the rank held by sailors in charge of a set of docks, the Harbourmaster is the head of Intellegence & Enemy Movements in the King's Inner Council and has nothing to do with the waterways of the country.
