Ancient law for claiming land. First described in the book Imperial Law anno 1027 SA.

First application

First application of the law was during the settlement of Angarth. The original squares are still visible in the city, made of coloured stones to clearly mark the end influence of the house.

History

During the expansion of the empire alot of internal fighting and small wars were fought over new land. To end this struggle the Eternal Emperor forged a new law to once and for all settle disputes over new land. The first ones to plant the flag of their house would claim one square kilometer of land.
