Personal history
Seifer Mancer was the third son of Legolas Mancer and Arwen Mancer. He was one of the Five Mancer Brothers that were killed by Threk the Bugbear.
He and his brothers were brought back to life by Zendorth Duskgloom in 48 3E. He was brought back as a Vampire. His lust for blood has created strife between him and his brothers.
In 70 3E, when Henry Duskgloom commanded the Mancer brothers to attack, Adam Firstman killed Seifer.
