Arcanum

The Arcanum is the mystical and arcane department of the imperial government. They act as both a Guild and as an adjunct to the military. Their primary seat is in the city of Threi in the Tower Arcanum. There, the Arcanum hosts the Great Library as well as the Mystical Academy which trains the Wizards and Sorcerers of the empire.
