Crown Decree on Necromancy

It is the will of Her Royal Majesty, Queen Yenevir Avalon of Balemont, on this 21st Day of Highsun, in the 102nd Year Post-Aberration that use of necromancy magic shall henceforth be banned within the Realm and shall apply to all Her Majesties subjects and those within the borders of the illustrious Kingdom of Balemont. 
The use of necromancy shall be punishable by death unless determined otherwise by a Crown's Gavel, the Crown Council or the Crown. No one found guilty of the use of necromancy will receive a sentence less than 20 years in the dungeons of Highbale. 
Providing material, moral or spiritual support to an individual guilty of necromancy shall be punishable by no less than 20 years in the dungeons of Highbale.
All Crown subjects are encouraged to identify anyone suspected of using necromancy.

Purpose

The Crown Decree on Necromancy was drafted and put into effect to curb the rise of the Travelers of the Rot in Balemont. The decree targeted those perceived to be worshipping the Dark Gods, practicing necromancy and anyone who might have sympathy to them.
