Imaginaerium - WorldEmber Cometh

Talent is cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.
— Steven King
With Summer Camp now far in the rear view mirror, and right in the middle of NanoWrimo, WorldEmber feels like it's barreling down on us like a two ton mecha-bull with flamethrowers. Some mad lads and lasses are doing both, and even Mapvember to boot, which is mighty impressive indeed. If you're like me, you're taking it easy this year.   On the plus side, Imaginaerium is back for now to try and give people some extra inspiration either for Nano, or for your WorldEmber prep.

Book Recommendation

Ciaphas Cain only really makes sense if you are already a fan of Warhammer 40k, as it assumes a lot of inworld lore is already known by the reader. But it is a run romp of a read, following a guy who is desperately trying to get out of danger but is by accident thrust into the role of the hero... Repeatedly. It's a fun read and its tone makes me in think of MegaCorpolis in how some of his cowardice spirals out of control.     You can find the first few stories on Amazon here:
