Description

A city inspector stopped by my tavern the other day for a surprise inspection. The corrupt bastard hit me with a bunch of fake penalties and fines. I want payback. Get 'im arrested for something… Don't care what, but it has to be big enough that his connections in the Hands can't sweep it under the rug (or just kill 'im, I'm not going to tell you how to do your job, just get him out of my hair).
