The Dwarfs in Esu mostly employ them self with mining and crafting. They dig mostly for metals and gems and are very good with both blacksmithing and jewelcrafting.

The Gate of Esu & The Amber Bridge On traveling down to the inner city stand the big magnificent inner gate of Esu. A big iron gate. Traveling further on leads over The Amber Brigde, that is the brigde who connects the inner gate and the inner city

History

In the year 2451 a group of dwarfs in the city of Jolde's Valle was unhappy about the way of life in the city. They began an uprising who was lost, and they decided to leave the city and move up to the mountains. They formed the clan Ironhammer lead by Goldruth Ironhammer. They traveled for 3 months before they came upon the perfect place to settle on mount Portna. They began small and in Golruths lifespan the city grew. It was Golruths daughter Kulmola Ironhammer that decided to dig into the mountain to create the inner city and the forge. They began digging in the year of 2696 and in the following 80 years they digged and build the inner city of Esu. After this point they began creating the mines to harvest the minerals and metals in the mountain.
In the year of 2961 they decided to join the alliance of the clans in Ahente. The clan leader at that time Kalgos Ironhammer (Kulmola's grandson) joined the council of clan leaders.
Throughout time there have always been some rivalry between the clan Ironhammer of Esu and the clan Steelhammer of Jolde's Valle. Today the city is ruled by Helja Ironhammer
