Solar Priest

The Solar Priest are people who have become adept in the solar magical arts. They are completely tied to the Solerite religion and its people the Lezantarus Grace. Training at any other level is forbidden while out their consent.

Career

Qualifications

You are a full fledge Solar Priest when you are inducted by the Solar Clergy in the Lezantarus Grace. After training for a few years in magic and religious rites can you become a priest.

Payment & Reimbursement

You are doing the work of Lezantarus, this is considered payment enough. The people give you what you need to live.

Other Benefits

Anyone of solar affinity must treat you with kindness and help you in anyway they can. A priest is a part of Lezantarus's will and going against his will is forbidden.

Perception

Purpose

Their main purpose is to preach to the world the words of Lezantarus as the books describe. They must aid their fellow solar blessed people using their gift in anyway they can such as healing or protection.

Social Status

They are above normal society, but below nobles and government officials. However depending on how ingrained the religion is within a state, can vary their social status.

Operations

Provided Services

They are gifted healers and can heal many surface wounds and restore broken bones and muscles. However, they can not cure diseases and the like. ALong with healing, they are also known for their protective charms and barriers.

Dangers & Hazards

When reaching this level of solar power, this makes you a target for both sides of the Dominion of the Stars conflict. The hazards in participating alone is dangerous.

While I am able to use this magic more than most, I have not been inducted, so you could say I'm a rogue priestess. Of course, I'm not the only one like this whether or not the Grace believes it.
