The Four Heroes and their allies overthrow the Princes' tetrarchy and end the Retribution War.

In September of 973 PCE the Four Heroes deployed their international coalition forces alongside the free militias of the Delphi Pact on the island of Manhattan and laid their siege in the shadow of the Great Stairway Tower . The last Steel Legion cohort of the Hidden Hand made their stand in defence led by the Dread Commander XHAN.   This was the final battle of the Retribution War and resulted in the Fall of Princes and the destruction of their Hidden Empire.
