Overview

Jacques Milo is the Milo Family Don of the Mordisi Branch of the Morea Thieves Guild. Jacques is married and has four children.
Jacques runs the Mordisi Museum of Artifact and Artwork, which is the front for the Mordisi Branch of the Morea Thieves Guild. The Museum hosts a number of store rooms under the building where the guild can hid their loot until it can be transported to Savos, Burnsley, or Alverton. They also receive goods from each of those cities to either be sold in Mordisi or traded on to one of the other two cities.

Personal history

Jacques started as a lowly pickpocket on the streets of Mordisi when his mother died when he was nine years old.  He never knew who his father was.  His mom always said that he was a pirate, but by the time she died, she couldn't even remember her own name, much less Jacques' father's name.
Jacques learned his trade as a thief quickly and became the go to man if the job called for climbing into a third story or higher window.  He even made it into the Ridley Manor as his Guild Member initiation, and stole the Lady Ridley's favorite necklace.  The Thieves Guild had to give it back as a gesture of good will between them and the Morea Pirate Horde Guild, but it became the measure to beat in all future Guild Member initiations.
From there, Jacques rose through the rank until he made Capo.  There were four Capos, one for each district.  When he had been Capo for 8 years, the Underboss tried to take out the Don of the time.  Jacques saved the Don life.  Since the Don didn't have any children of his own, he made Don his Underboss and heir.  The Don died 12 years later to a medical issue and Jacques to over.  He's been the Don ever since.

Employment

Jacques is the leader of the Mordisi branch of the Morea Thieves Guild.  His family have taken leadership roles in the guild, including his nephew, Curt Milo.  Curt is his Consigliere. Jacques is grooming his 35 year old son to be his heir. He is currently his Underboss. His 33 year old son is a Capo.  Both of his daughters are married to Capos.  His grandchildren are also part of the guild.
