The Battle of Eagle Creek

The Conflict

Prelude

The Naptown Vampires have been tracking the Sabbat kindred of Scotty's band for weeks.  They have finally been able to pin some of them down in Eagle Creek, and, having been granted Carte Blanche to attack Sabbat elements in the city, the group decides to attack.

Deployment

The group attacked in a rough semicircle approaching the gathered enemies.  Over a dozen Sabbat were up and prepared for the fight.

Battlefield

The battle took place in a wooded clearing.

The Engagement

Playing to his strengths, Gunther transformed into his War Form and began ripping enemies limb from limb.  However, the Sabbat forces overwhelmed him with bodies, eventually brining him down.  Elizabeth engaged with sword in hand, and was able to slay several of the Sabbat in single combat.  Jean engaged with her shotgun and brought many of the enemy low.  Katherine  wounded many of the bloodhounds and shovelheads with pistol shots and incendiary grenades.  The Jizz Man shot from the trees and engaged the leader from a distance.

Outcome

Nearly all the Sabbat met Final Death or were sent into torpor.  The leader of Sabbat forces managed to escape.
