Order Of The Iron Cross

The Imperial records show that Order of the Iron Cross is the only major sisterhood in the sector. Ecclesiarchial records₁ show that the order was originally formed as part of Orders Famulous, but current records show that the Order has deviated from the norm set by Orders Famulous, and estabilished a limited militant wing to enforce the Imperial Creed in the sector after the uprising₂ in Ardula.

Influence

As per conventions estabilished by Orders Famulous, the sister-Chatelains are stationed among the noble families and influential political entities. The exact number of stationed personell has not been disclosed as of 871.M41. Requests for clarification and reprimands for failure to provide exact information has been sent.

Military presence

The military wing of the Order of the Iron Cross works with planetary defence forces and local enforcers as pre-emptive and damage control roles, as well as an independet strike force to enforce Imperial Creed. The strength of their fighting fighting force is presumed₃ to be under 600 sisters strong.
