Lilith Hornblast
One of the 'leaders in exile' of the East Brelish Parliament, a sham government in exile of the Mournlands. Hornblast is a severe and devoted representative of Warforged aligned with the Empire, though she sees an independent, Imperial aligned state as the prefered outcome for the Warforged.
