Caniic colonies

Under the administration of the Caniic Hierarchy and Caniic Hierarchy Colonial Administration, the caniic has surveyed and colonized nearly every planet and moon within their own solar system over eight hundred years of superluminal travel via normal space. The planets under the jurisdiction of the Hierarchy Colonial Administration, together with the caniic's homeworld are collectively known as the home colonies. Caniic space is quite small in that it only includes the Thlit system, however, the scale of caniic governance has a massive hold on every world.

Thilt System

The Thilt System, is a binary star system located near the outer edge of Human colonized space in the Orion Arm of the Milkyway Galaxy, about 210 lightyears from Sol. The System has been documented and marked for exploration by Humanity, but as of yet no exploration team has been dispatched to it. Thilt consists of twelve worlds currently occupied by three sentient races: the Caniic, Tigriic, and Sauruanian. The Thilt System contains the planets Loucarro, Atis, Tíreia, Anzion, Nitis, Corth, Unerth, Tilnypso, Drotonerth, Xagroria, and Awei orbiting the twin suns of Thilt A and Thilt B.

Loucarro - or Thilt I, is the first planet in the Thilt System in close orbit around Thilt-B and less than 5 light-years (2.939e+13 miles) away making any long term habitation impossible. Needless to say, the Caniic and Saruranian maintain a military training outpost under the surface.

Atis - commonly known as Thilt II, is the first world colonized by the Caniic shortly after their Space program was founded. Atis is a rough, mountainous world with only one small ocean and dozens of lakes.

Tíreia - also known as Thilt III, is territorial planet about the same size of Earth. It has three main continents and several smaller islands seperaled by two large oceans. Tíreia is a lush world with several grasslands, thick forests, marshlands, a small desert, and one long mountain range. Tíreia is home to three sentient races: the Caniic, Tigriic, and Sauruanian. Several other animals also roam all the lands, seas, and air.

Anzion - or Thilt IV, is a sister planet to Tíreia. Anzion has only one continent with deep canyons, mountainous valleys, and a large open grassland.

Nitis - or Thilt V, is a large oceanic world with two tropical islands. Caniic have three underwater cities here along with a beach resort on the larger island. Several unique aqudic life not seen anywhere else in the galaxy are found swimming in the vast oceans of Nitis.

Gaetera - is a mini-Saturn-sized gas dwarf, and is the only gas planet in the system

Tilnypso - is a large forested world primarily occupied by Tigriic colonists, who have since formally made it as their new home world away from Tíreia. Much like Drotonerth, Tilnypso also has several ancient Yictan ruins across its surface.

Drotonerth - is a swampy Mars-sized world of the Thlit system. Drotonerth is primarily controlled by the Sauruanian as their secondary homeworld and refuses to allow any Caniic or Tigriic on its surface. This has in turn caused a major conflict that is rapidly approaching war, especially after the Sauruanian destroyed an unarmed Caniic survey vessel just wanting to study the alien ruin found on Drotonerth's surface.

Corth - is a dwarf planet half the size of Tíreia. It is a barren world with a thin atmosphere and very little vegetation. However, Corth is also a rich world for mining rare and valuable minerals. The Caniic have several mining domes collecting metal for use in the construction of starships.

Xagroria - like Drotonerth, is a sauruanian colony. Not too much is known as Xagroria has a dense atmosphere and the fact that again the sauruanian are being tight-lipped about it.

Awei - Awei, much like Pluto in the Sol System, is the furthest planet of the Thilt System. It has no atmsophere and is seen as extremely cold. Though, uninhabitable, the Caniic Hierarchy has establisted several mining domes for the rich plethra of metal ore that is there.

Xeviron System

The Xeviron System is a Caniic controlled star system of the Milkyway Galaxy located 68.2 lightyears from the Caniic homeworld of Tíreia and about 3 lightyears from the outer-most human colony of Terminus. Xeviron is a small system in that it only contains four planetary bodies: Xeviron Alpha, Tahva, Surniic, and Dujorn.

Xeviron Alpha - Xeviron Alpha, the first planet in the system which was originally discovered in 1789 by Corgiic astronomer and map maker, Ovaor Chakcoalsǫgr, and again in 2572 by a Hierarchy scouting fleet. the fleet determined that Xeviron Alpha was approximately 27.87 million miles from its sun and thus unsuitable to support life.

Tahva - (named for an ancient Yu'toriic princess), was a 'green zone' planet but was lacking a proper atmosphere and suffered from daliy and intence solar radiation.

Surniic - an ideal planet for colonial development despite it having a rather brutal winter season. In 2690, the Caniic Hierarchy Colonial Administration set up a civilian settlement as well as a research outpost to study the alien ruins that were also found there.

Dujorn - is a Neptune-sized gas giant composed of hydrogen, helium, methane, and nitrogen.
