Commlink
A Commlink is a wrist-mounted communication device, fit with a microphone and receiver, and widely used by the Caniic Hierarchy Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies. The Commlink also acts as a tactical database system used for analyzing, displaying a variety of information. Commlinks can also store a limited amount of information, and files. As well as a built-in scanner investigate all manner of materials, minerals, life forms, technologies, and other items during exploration of off-world colonies.
The commlink is primarily a military application utilized in the Legionnaire Armor of the Hierarchy Armed Forces.
