The Reluctant Harbormaster of Hanger 2 in the Tengu Sector. Amida owed the Tengu a great deal of money after they paid for her fathers medical bills. To repay her debt she reluctantly agreed to become their harbormaster. Damned if she's not gonna do a great job though. She takes pride in whatever work she's doing.
