Ji Tsuji

Brother of Akane Tsuji and Tsukiko Tsuji. Ji Tsuji is the Spymaster General of the Tengu Clan. A Paranoid Plotting radical, Ji Tsuji plucks out the Eyes of his followers, replacing them with cybernetic implants allowing him to see and hear all that is happening within their sphere of influence. The Tengu clan's iconic mechanical crows are products of Ji's need to get into confined and tight spaces to influence with subtlety. Ji Is generally regarded as a Mute, as are his followers. Those who cannot talk cannot spill secrets. Though those who know him closest understand he only speaks to his siblings and no one else verbally. His followers however. are mutes as a sign of devotion to their cause.
