The Wild Dogs, A rag tag organization of Splicers and mutants working out of the chemical bathed heat of Rust Town. The wild dogs peddle the wild life and pleasure among the shithole of rust town. Mr Chiskers Likes to say they deal in "hope", but one is hard pressed to find reasons to be hopeful in Rust town.
