Glow City Red District

Inspired By World Anvil Summer Camp 2021: "A Settlement Known as a Pleasure Town or For Louche Behavior"

Glow City Red District is the hidden underground red-light district of Glow City. It is ruled and run by the Void Cloaks. The district offers many things such as but not limited to: entertainment, shops, bars, brothels, nightclubs, and fences.
Glow City Red District is one of the few places one can obtain non-radioactive water within Deadlands. This is due to an underground river running through the cave system.
Glow City Red District is hidden deep with the Glow City Mines. Many find it hard to reach by foot. So many inns within Glow City own transportation circles where one can transport there for a fee.
Glow City has tried to eliminate Glow City Red District before with utter failure. They did this because the district is not under the control of the Church of the Glow and are seen as heretics. After a few centuries the Church of the Glow gave up and only requests a small amount in taxes from Nashta

Government

Laws are made by the leader of the Void Cloaks . Enforcement and taxation are handled by the lowest ranking members of the Void Cloaks.

Infrastructure

The Infrastructure is rather advanced than most of Renga. They have watermills, aqueducts, sewers, geothermal power plants, and electrical infrastructure.
