Europa Alliance

This collection of former countries of Europe and Western Russian states came together to survive the devastating flooding. Their government is a disorganize Democratic Socialist government. They have a small military left over from rebel forces, but have within their borders, two large facilities for building mecha and as such, have a sizable force of post war built mecha.
