Kaptur

The capital of the Kingdom of Orbach and the largest city on Weston, Kaptur is also known as the 'City of Bridges' due to the dozen bridges that span the Vilrortad River. The city also has the Heathersage Palace, home to the Monarch of Orbach and is the seat of power for the kingdom.
An ancient city, built on elven ruins, the 12 bridges are each managed under a complex set of commercial rules that limit the power of the owners of the bridge. Despite this, the city is well known as a hotbed of corruption and intrigue, fitting for one of the world's most important cities.
