Bangor's Books

Establishment selling books in Zatan. The proprietor is a thin dwarven man, ancient by some rights. He pretends to not be able to hear well and uses a horn to amplify sound (constantly held up to his ear, a strange brass device). Large spectacles magnify his eyes and make him appear nearly cartoonish from their proportions.
Shop is tiny, no more than 15'x15' but is crammed with bookshelves and haphazardly balanced stacks of books.
