Lydia

Lydia is an old woman with milky white eyes, a dark complexion, and who is hunched over. She is self described as a collector of information in her home within Foun's merchant district. Living amongst books of all sorts, even without her eyes she seems to be able to read by moving her hand over pages. She is currently aligned with Atticus and Joint Operations LLC in an agreement where information is exchanged.
