Nolgal Kaliphate (Knoll-Gaul)

The Nolgal Kaliphate, while considered a nation by the rest of the world is more of an enclosed ecosystem of nomadic horse tribes who raid and pillage not only each other but also their neighbors from time to time. While mostly fractured there is one strength that has kept this culture alive long enough in this age of technology and magic, their ability to unite under a single strong leader in times of need called a Khan. Currently, in this tumultuous age a great Khan has begun to amass power and influence around him. There are whispers that they are preparing for a great war that their seers have foreseen and as such many of their neighbors are wary of this growing and looming power.
