Giants

Giants were believed to be almost as old as the dragons. They were huge beasts that towered high into the sky and some even past the mountains. In the beginning before elf or Nathair existed the giants ruled the mountains and watched over them as protectors. They were masters of the old magic and passed their knowledge down to the dwarves. Sadly most of the knowledge of the giants is gone. In the harsh age they were brought to extinction by Jack the Giant slayer.
