Chieftain Leif Sjkall has never and possible will never be an ordinary dwarf. Son of Henry-The Mad, Leif has helt a lot of shame and pain. The night his father went into a frenzy Leif stepped up and put his knife into his father's belly. He spilled the guts onto the dirt and prayed the Ire Tree. He begged for forgivness and a new begining. He prayed to Valinor for the strength to overcome the challenges ahead, and they heard him. Overnight Leif gained a mastery in Dracon earth magic(the magic of the dragons)
It was not long before Henry's enemies came for Leif, but with power he felled the traitors and secured his mad father's throne.
Since then Leif has taken a stern and blunt approach to leading. He belives in simple truths and black & white. He single-handedly carved out the Raddish Tunnel--alwowing quicker passage between Mount Gaol Ròs. He led his soilders through the tunnel and sacked Clan Karstal's capital before they were any the wiser.

Leif's father Henry left quite a toll, one that can never be healed. Leif watched as his own father raped and butcherd his mother; then carved out the hearts of his brother and sister. Still frozen in fear he watched as his dad ran out the door and started razing houses and killing people.
