Meltwater
Meltwater is a frozen town in the far north of the Desert, home to the Ukulutha tribe. The Ukulutha have used magic to make houses and great halls out of ice, large towers that reach into the gray sky. The town is lit by a special type of blue and cold fire so that the buildings won't melt, its soothing light fills the homes of and streets. Meltwater is ruled over by Chieftain Vorixis, who is currently in the capital city commanding the King's troops. In his stead is Count Dooris, A trusted advisor to Chieftain Vorixis.
The Ukulutha mine the ice around Meltwater to the other desert tribes, as it is hard to come by. However they do not make much profit outside of the Desert. Wyndigo Forge however often sells outside of the Desert, and for great coin. Wyndigo Forge is the only Forge that can craft with Crism and that makes it highly favored. The Forge isn't Meltwater's only famous spot though. Many travel across the Desert just to try the famous ice baths. They are said to make you younger.
