Nesca comes from the Neonesca plant and is a strong hallucinogenic. The Neonesca plant grows naturally only in the Desert and because of that it is very common in Nathairian culture. They use it in religious rituals, they believe if it is taken in one of these rituals one may see The mist-lands of the Ancient one. Some have even reported to have seen and talked with the Ancient One. However it is used in all kinds of rituals, from seeing the gods to spiritual cleansings
