The Path of Fire

For the Bullks of the Hammer-Tribe the Path of Fire is a right of passage every youngling must attempt. It is nothing less than climbing Mount Redskull to its very peak. The paths are narrow and crumbling, the bridges shakey and the heat like dragon fire. On the Path lay monsters in waiting. It is said the volcano judges all who make the climb and those who die were deemed unworthy.
Once a pilgrim reaches the top the must throw something they hold dear to them into the fire to apease The Creator. If ones dies on the way down than The Creator was not pleased with the offering. Only 3 out of 8 ever make it back from the Path.
