Arc: A reunion of similar faces

Artemis Moonflower and the party hear music playing through their arrival in Marakesh. Here they see Daerel, a female moon elf appearing exactly as Artemis playing in front of a crowd.
If the party does not show themselves, she will continue playing until interferred by a thief stealing her coin hat on the ground. If the party watches, she will cast polymorph on the guy to stop him and take her money back
If she sees artemis she will call out after a moment of confusion "Madeline..?" And wants to reconcile.
