Hishoda's Gate Ring

"This doublefingered ring gives off a rustic and ancient feeling. Various small engravings decorate the sides. Staring at it too long makes you feel somewhat strange."
The wearer of this ring can spend 10 minutes casting to create a 20 feet wide gate to the transitive plane. The gate remains for 12 seconds and allows anyone to enter through it. After passing through the gate, the gate will remain behind anyone who entered for the remainder of the 12 seconds; after this, the gate vanishes and other means of returning to the material plane are required.
The transitive plane appears as an endless void of white with no vision beyond 50 feet. Anything passing beyond the 50 feet will disappear from each their visions and can not return back to each other without the use of an Hishoda's Compass.
This item can be used once per long rest.
