Caves around this one tend to be filled by some of the following:
Outside, the party will encounter some death hallows

This research lab was located here to analyze the permanent frosts of the tundra, analyze their origin and investigate the sources of a strong magical aura from the west which seems to incur the never ending winter.
Travel was usually done by teleportation circle, as such the entrance had been heavily guarded by traps and riddles.
