Greater German Republic
Greater German Republic is a state created at 22nd September 1922, during the Ludendorff Coup. Erich Ludendorff, former - and disgraced - rising star of German Empire's army staff managed to sign alliance between various fringe far right group and radically left spartakist, amassing enough combat power to overpower the forces loyal to kaiser Wilhelm.
Today it's a revolutionary state and a member of Axis, whose only goal is winning the war and conquering the Europe. It's a hypermilitant nation currently in the state of war with almost everyone, that's using more and more extreme weapons and means to achieve the ultimate victory.
It's national ideology is national socialism, created by combining elements from both racist far-right nationalist movements and the spartakist' variant of socialism. With less than two years passing since its inception, many elements of it are still not fully crystalized, and at least some elements of the national socialism are still changing and defining themselves.
Structure
Actual details of GGR internal structure are almost unknown to the world at large. One of the first things the Republic did after it took over Germany (save for Prussia) was to erupt magical barriers preventing outside communication via radio and telepathy. No knowledge leaves the GGR, save for repressed memories of those (almost demented) individuals that were saved from this hell, and had their brainwashing unmade.
It's believed that GGR has partially decentralized the former German Empire lands, once again dividing it according to its pre-unification borders. It is also believed that each of the autonomous areas is its own brand of madness.
Central government resides in Weimar, as a symbolic victory of the new government over the peace talks during the Weimar Conference. It's a council whose exact size and composition are unknown. It's believed that Erich Ludendorff is de facto supreme commander of all armed forces of the Republic. The other members of the council known for sure to those on the outside are Rosa Luxembourg and Karl Liebknecht.
Following names are repeatedly mentioned in connection to the council, and might be members of it: Magnus Hirschfield, Iwan Bloch, Walter Benjamin, Rudolf von Sebottendorf, Alfred Rosenberg, Willibald Hentschel, Alfred Hoche, and, of course, the head of the Volksreinheitsfront, Adolf Hitler. All of the members seem to be Awakened, from Flame-class to at least two Archetype-class. It is also assumed that the Forbidden' Enclaves have at least a single representative.
Certain information seem to indicate that each council member hails from a single autonomous provinces, bit's also possible that they in fact rule that province. There is also theory that it is the Forbidden that actually run the country, with an unspecified degree of mindcontrol.
Public Agenda
Greater German Republic wants to conquer entire world, together with their Soviet Russia allies. They are a revolutionary nation, waging war against the establishment of the war. They are in a state of permanent revolution: against other countries, against old order of Germany, even against human biology and laws of physics. And they will stop at nothing until they will achieve absolute freedom from them all.
Their national ideology is national socialism. It's a form of socialism, with centrally planned economy, and expansive system of state control over the citizens. It also uses an expansive communist-like propaganda, officially fighting for the liberation of the working masses of the world.
This is combined with belief in racial superiority of German nation. It needs to abandon all manners of morality that chains it to achieve greatness. After it conquers the world, under it's might and intellect, the whole world will be steered towards greatness properly - and under its guidance, the working classes will be liberated, and the world ruled by smartest and most powerful - whose natural superiority will allow them to lead the world to greatness in return.
It is also characterized by extreme violence against said 'limits'. It includes 'old' forms of hierarchy (like aristocracy), attempts to institute any forms of equality (those racially and nationally superior should naturally guide those of lesser stock) and, especially, Christianity. The official religion seem to be The Ascending Path, with some norse pagan aesthethics in some areas.
History
Kaiser Wilhelm never expected what was going to happen. With the Forbidden' infiltration of the Empire's army, police and intelligence agencies. For everyone involved, everything was going just well.
Then a coup started. Spartakist militia and freikorpses composed of demobilized soldiers and nationalist fanatics, together with Forbidden' magicians and the Enclaves' security forces rose, utterly surprising forces loyal to kaiser.
With majority of high quality forces on the frontlines, units guarding the interior were quickly overwhelmed. Only in the region of Prussia the loyalists hold their ground.
The long-term survival of the Republic was ensured by the reinforcement version of loyalty transmissions. Then, the contact with loyaltic units and citizens in Republic-controlled area was lost. And the Republic began expanding.
It was a stalemate on both fronts, initially. Then, Todesmarsch happened. A massive deployment of powerful and never seen before magitek and ubers that almost overwhelmed the Austro-Hungarian Empire (stopped only during the battle for Vienna), annexing Bavaria and big part of Western Balkans.
Demography and Population
Demography of the GGR is amongst its greatest problems. It already suffered grievous casualties during the earlier years of the Great War. Now, it's slowly achieving what is believed to be an utter demographical collapses.
Theoretically. With great degree of automatization of its industry (done via generous application of Perpetual Contraption' special thinking machines, a great degree of population was freed to serve as cannofodder. There are even talks of plans to mass produce soldiers via Moonlit Anvil fleshforges.
For now it's ready to send any number of soldiers against their enemies.
Territories
It is believed that Bavaria, Austria, Denmark, Low Countries and western Balkans are organized under a network of ocupation komisariats. It's believed that lives there is hell beyond compare, but details are awfully - or mercifully - scarce..[/justify[
Military
Republikarmee
Land forces of the Republic are composed of three main types of units.
- Infanterie Division - A vast number of infanteriedivision composed of conscripts of various provenience. At this point, the Republic conscripts even women, boys from 13 years old up and elderly. If they can hold the gun and shoot, they are ready to fight and prove their worth by defending the Revolution. They are generally tasked with holding the trenches.
- Volksgrenadier Division - Better-grade units composed of average regular military stock. Men of decent physique and so on. They are increasingly mechanized units, supported with tanks and Übers. They act as average offensive & counterattack units.
- Volksreinheitsfront - Translated into People's Purity Front, it is an elite formation of most radical national socialists. They fight for liberation of all that binds the people of Germany from organizing a New World Order and liberation of worker's class. They go through expansive racial screening, psychological indoctrination and get best equipment. They are used as special units.

Religion
Current state religion is The Ascending Path. There is a number of growing cults dedicated to various Ascendants that seem to take hold in the society of the Republic.
There seems to exist some sort of state Christian denom, but it seems to be an obvious - and blasphemous - parody of normal Christianity. It is unknown why it even exist.
There is also another religion, that seems to be Ascending Path in 'traditional', germanic (or, to be exact, Norse pagan) trappings.
Agriculture & Industry
Nobody knows how agriculture exactly works in the Greater German Republic. It is, however, known that its industry receives a still growing wave of resources from the Enclaves. This, together with mechanization and automatization of the industry allows it to achieve unprecedented levels of production, even during the blockade.
