Sokera

The Atrean harvest festival celebrated annually. People gather over the course of a week to work on collective projects including canning and other preservation, weaving and swapping textiles, and generally preparing the wider community for the long winter to come. This all culminates in a day-long feast where traditional songs are sung, dances are performed, and stories are shared. Frequently one or more couples will marry during the festival and then move into a home which was built by the community in the preceeding week's efforts.
