Magic enhancing items, sometimes referred to as MEIs, are a wide variety of items. These items are typically charmed or spelled with magic to either aid the magically impaired, or strengthen the magical skill of a being. There are other uses, but most are simply charmed as a way to help pool mana, and to use it more easily.

Types
There are a wide variety of MEIs, and while many don't fall under a specific category, there are ways to group them. In the following section, a breakdown of some of the more common MEIs will be explained.
Fashion Accessories
Fashion accessory MEIs are decorative items that supplement a Being's outfit. Some items that would be considered fasion accessory MEIs are items such as:
- jewelry
- gloves
- hats
- belts
- scarves
- etc.
Trinkets
Trinkets in the case of MEIs are considered a small ornament or item of jewelry that is of little value to the rest of the population, but would be incredibly important to the Being who owns it. Some items that could be considered as trinket MEIs are items such as:
- family heirlooms
- unpolished / raw gemstones
- childhood toy
- handmade crafts
- etc.
Body Modifications
Body Modifications in the sense of MEIs, is deliberately altering a Being's appearance and is incredibly personal. It is far more permanent than slipping on a bracelet or carrying a charmed worry-stone. Some examples of MEI body modification are:
- tattoos(temporary & permanent)
- piercings
- branding
- scarification
- body paint
- etc.
