A Beacon of Community

Once clean and decorated, the Norcrest Temple of Devishtari was open to all from far and wide. However, they had no Priestess of Devi, and had to send out summons for someone to grace their temple and village. In the mean time, there were simple gatherings where people could pray and leave offerings unguided.

  It took a few months for a Priestess of Devi to come to Norcrest, but on the day she was set to arrive there was a large celebration. She was charmed by the temple, and was able to quickly settle into daily speeches and celebrations. The town flourished, and shortly after she settled into her routine she selected a small staff of people to help her with the upkeep of the temple.
