Redbeaks

The Redbeaks are a group of diverse peoples living mainly in the southern coast and islands of the Vast South, identified through cultural similarities, such as the use of Redbeakish languages and similar myths and cultures. Major Redbeakish groups include the Island Redbeaks and the Western Redbeaks.
The Redbeaks originated in Redbeak's Cradle, and spread to the southern coast of the Old World as early as 500 HE. Every Redbeakish territory has, at one point or another, been occupied by foreign forces, and Redbeakish languages and cultures have been and are repressed in most areas. From approximately 3400 HE onwards, Redbeaks faced continued expulsion from their lands, occupation, and genocide. Today, two Redbeak-majority nations exist: West Redbeakland, and Redbeak's Cradle.

The Redbeaks were at their territorial height in the Archaic Era.
