Wheel Watch Hall
This squat, stone building houses Otari's civic guards, newly renamed as the Wheel Watch who keep the peace, investigate crimes, perform civic duties as well as monitor comings and goings on the Roseguard Road.
Previously known as the Otari Garrison, the building served as the home for the Otari Guard for years, but with the force reorganisation and rename, the Garrison had a bit of a refurbishment along with a change of name. The large double doors leading to the reception were replaced with new doors made from wood provided by Otari Lumber, each bearing a carving of the Wheel Watch logo, an eye sitting atop the Giants Wheel. The former recreation room was also converted into a briefing hall.
The building itself runs 150ft from North to South and 65ft East to West (75ft at point of entry on Drake Street). It is divided by a 5ft wide corridor 40 feet in that runs the full length of the building. To the West of the corridor (from North to South) are a kitchen, mess hall, reception, briefing hall and office. To the East of the corridor are a WC and storage room and 5 dorms. The only access to the building is via the reception or a door (customarily locked) in the building's North Wall, which accesses the kitchen. The four cells, all 10ftx10ft, are situated below the building and are accessed by a set of stairs running from a trapdoor in the recption area

Until very recently the building has remained pretty much unchanged since it's construction, when it was given a bit of a spruce up, though the changes are predominantly cosmetic
Architecture
Squat, sturdy and utilitarian, Wheel Watch Hall is hardly an aesthetic addition to the town, but it does meet all the needs for purpose. Constructed from a grey granite-like rock, with a roof of blue-grey slates has led a small number of the townsfolk to refer to it as 'The Brick'.
