The Stones of the Seasons
In the world of Islemaria, the presence of the seasons is everywhere. An Ellavara's birth season is treated as a prediction of their life to come and usually influences their style and preferences. There are many things that an Ellavara can do to sport their birth season in the terms of fashion to the very food that they prefer. The most popular way for an Ellavara to show their birth season is through the use of gemstones. There are four gemstones in particular that they use for each. For Faeln, it is a vibrant green that is usually seen in the gem known as peridot. For Zuna it is a bright yellow that is usually indicative of lemonade that is usually found in citrine. For Klaucius it is an orange color that is one the warmer side that has the coloring of a fresh-baked pumpkin pie and this is usually found in the gem called carnelian. Last but certainly not least for Krynolst the gem is usually a pure white that shimmers like freshly fallen snow and the gem that usually has this effect is an opaque white quartz.
