Exiles rest is a melting pot of different species, ethnicities, professions etc. But one thing is for sure. The name really says it all. This is the place for exiles, pirates, outcasts, outlaws, unpopular minorities, and other shady ilk. But these shady ilks have come togheter in search of a better life, and built themselves a society of their own. You could actually say that this is the only settlement in the entire isles of Elementiz, where so many different species and ethnicities live together in harmony (Or as much harmony one can expect from such a place). You could argue that it is the only example of a democratic society in Elementiz.

Government

Exiles rest is quite unique when it comes to governance. The village is largely run by three major gangs/guilds. But no one ever speaks of this, or what these gangs are called. It is lead by Major Gerth McShaddy
