Flower Speak

Flower Speak is a cypher language used primarily by the Red Blooms. It has, however, picked up some minor usage outside of its original development, though any user runs the risk of being confused for a member of the Red Blooms.
Originally developed as a means of keeping the more illicit activities under the table, it has since branched off into a more widespread usage, even found among non-members at times. It is rumored that the Red Blooms may have developed another language to keep their activities obscured, but this is still unconfirmed.
Flower speak is a form of thieves cant, and is meant to be casually spoken of while being unintelligible to an outside observer passing by.
An example of flower speak:
"Hey, Joe, I've got a nice delivery of fresh lilies coming in soon. You interested?" (I know of someone who came into an inheritance less than a week ago. They'll be a good target.) "Yeah, sure, but I'm going to need to pick up more vases. I know a guy who makes some nice ones." (Yes, but I don't have a good place to offload. You don't need to worry about it though, I know a guy if you're interested.) "Oh, come on, aren't I your supplier? I've got a great selection of vases. You can buy from me, you know it." (I'd rather not involve anyone else. Keep it on my side of things.) "Fair enough, you do have a great selection. So when's the shipment come in?" (Deal. When do we make a move?) "Tomorrow. There might be some violets in the batch though, so I'll need some time to sort them out. If you're interested, you can swing by around noon, and that'll give you time to pick out the freshest batch." (Cops around, be wary. Come by at noon and we can discuss things further.)
Most often, an actual flower shop will be a front for the activity, to further add to the legitimacy of the conversations.
