The guide itself is broken into chapters by region. Balaeron starts by describing a little about the region's culture as it pertains to how they view food in general. He then explores the common threads that tie one people's cuisine together and describes what sets it apart from others across the realms. Finally, he describes a number of dishes from the region and includes, if possible, basic recipes on how to prepare them.
