Jillian Littlefoot is a halfling, and the owner of Jillian's Tavern. She serves as the Artisan's Chair on the Council of Dramithgate.
She's witty, but sometimes her sunny delivery comes off as unnerving. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired over the years. She would do almost anything for her adopted teenage daughter, Jenna. Jillian inherited the family business and changed the tavern name to show the current ownership, just as the previous family members had done before her.
