Noble's Chair, Nikosh Rousse
Nikosh Rousse is a Kalashtar artificer of sorts. He serves as the Noble's Chair on the Council of Dramithgate, much to the frustration of some of the lower nobility. The Rousse family is considered to have the most noble lineage, and therefore the Noble's Chair is often held by a member of their family. Unfortunately, Nikosh is the only remaining child of his parents, and treasured by them. His older sister, Sonari was lost to the Fade, which upset him deeply. He spends most of his spare time in his workroom, and stays fairly disconnected from the rest of the council.
