Fayora's Mantle

A very militant and innovative city of Elsland. Fayora's Mantle is where people of Elsland are sent to become skilled military people for their country if things ever went south. It acts as both a city and a garrison. Fayora's Mantle is named after an innovative Gnome from history who coupled her artificing knowledge with military gear and weaponry in order to defeat a threat which nearly jeopardized Elsland.
