Inesea

Inesea is one of the five Free Cities, and it is located in the heart of the region. It is landlocked and situated near the foothills of a small mountain range that is known for its mineral wealth. Inesea was originally founded as a mining town by a group of dwarvish settlers who had ventured south from the Khastin Moutains. They had discovered rich veins of precious metals and gems, and they had established Inesea as their center of operations. Over time, the dwarves and humans who had settled in the town began to work together, and the town grew and prospered.
Inesea's location made it a strategic hub for trade, and the town quickly became a center of commerce. Merchants from all over the region came to Inesea to buy and sell goods, and the town's prosperity continued to grow. The lords of Inesea grew wealthy and powerful, and they began to exert their influence over the surrounding towns and villages.
As the Free Cities formed, Inesea was chosen as the location for the Council of Five. The council meets in a grand hall in the center of the city, and it is here that the lords of the Free Cities come together to discuss matters of importance. Inesea has become the de facto capital of the Free Cities, and the city's lords have used this position of power to their advantage.
Over time, the lords of Inesea became increasingly corrupt and self-serving. They used their wealth and power to enrich themselves at the expense of the common people, and they engaged in backhanded dealings with the other lords of the Free Cities. The people of Inesea grew resentful of their overlords, and there were frequent protests and riots in the city's streets.
Despite these troubles, Inesea remains a hub of trade and commerce, and the Council of Five continues to meet in the city. The lords of Inesea are well aware of the importance of their position, and they will do whatever it takes to maintain their power and influence over the Free Cities.
