Qalani (Kweh-Lonni)

A city with a mixed crowd of people. People from all walks of life come through Qalani; the good, the bad, and the morally gray. This city is a bit rougher than some of the others across Elsland but it is still rich in culture. Those who aren't quite up to the fanciful tastes of Enidon's University masses tend to enjoy the casual nature of Qalani.
