Arcane Blacksmith

Arcane Blacksmiths are the masterful magic crafters of the realm. The skill is extremely difficult to master, and the result of attempting to perform the job without mastery poses a severe risk. Because of this, few exist. One might find an arcane blacksmith every few cities. An exception to this rule is the Dwarven city of Vumore and the Elven cities of Morhedell and Silsanor, which always have one or two each.
These master smiths use their gift, similar to that of an artificer, to take raw materials and draw out the innate magic which exists within the materials in order to create weapons and armor of extraordinary power.
